I would like to share one of mine bad experience that happened inside Slade Green medical centre reception: it was Friday when I arrived to the centre with my one year old child that got me really worried because his temperature was nearly 40 degrees and non of my home methods and medicine didn't help...

Stayed home off sick from work with a migraine, called and still on hold 32 mins later. Not sure if they want me to get better or make my head hurt with the horrible music.

After that my friend went to ask a women in reception why I was checked out of the medical centre ...her answer was that she thought may I can do something dangerous for other people's life.

Firstly lady in reception said that I haven't got appointment for today while in a waiting room was only one person and the whole centre was empty. And as my friend who was visiting centre few hours ago told me it was empty as well, any patient ....The thing that has confused me the most that one day before I was seeing doctor with my child and she said that if he gets worse you should come again next day, so when I come to a medical centre next day when the lady from reception told me that I don't have any appointment I decided to go and to see the doctor myself with my sick child, because doctor promised me that I can come back next day for medication. Then the lady( menneger) started shouting on me:"go out,go out it is not walk in centre ". Then I asked a help from her and asked her where can I get any help for my child and all she did was a warning of a police. She called the police to get me out of the medical centre and she did it just to have an reasonable excuse to check me out and my child from medical centre. And I wasn't making any inappropriate situation or aching rude she was complaining for her colleagues that I starred to her face while she was shouting on me all the time. I left when I got a paper of urgency help...

This Medical Center is worst of the worst. I called them in the Morning for appointment as my new born baby was sick and I tried 109 times from 7:55 to 8:20 they never picked up there phone and this second time it happened and I thought it better I write some thing how good is this centre. We went down to see the Reseption and they said we have to make phone call the for appointment so how can I see a GP? I am planning to write a letter to our MP how good is this center. Some one have to do some thing. Very sad Better change your GP if you live around Slade green.

After calling a few times from 8 am most of the year i still am unable to ever get an appointment probably the worst doctors out there now have to go to the hospital just because i have a bad foot which easily could be diagnosed by a doctor i worry for people with children who are unable to get an appointment at the doctors

I believe that menneger who work with people should be more helpful and care about other people problems. Menneger telling me that it is her rules and she can kick out people from the screen list.
